Your expertise will allow you to design and deliver therapy tailored to individual student needs, making a significant difference in both classroom performance and daily life skills. As an in-person provider, you’ll enjoy creating strong, supportive relationships with students and staff.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Experience working within a school-based setting, ideally supporting a varied caseload
• Solid understanding of IEP process and documentation requirements
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to inclusive, student-centered care

Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-person OT services to students, three days per week
• Evaluate students’ functional abilities and develop appropriate intervention plans
• Document and monitor progress towards IEP goals
• Consult with teachers, aides, and families to support student success
• Engage in multi-disciplinary team meetings to coordinate care
• Address a broad range of physical, sensory, and functional challenges
