Desired Skills & Experience:

• Hold a valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience working in a school-based OT setting preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
• Ability to assess and develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs
• Experience with a variety of ages and ability levels
• Adaptability and a proactive approach to serving a large and dynamic student population

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students throughout the district
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive reports in alignment with educational plans
• Provide both individual and group interventions to support student learning and participation
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to optimize students' access to curriculum and activities
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide guidance to staff and families regarding student needs
