Caregiver Position
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team in Howell, MI. In this role, you will provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes, enhancing their quality of life and promoting independence. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
- Administer medications and monitor health as directed.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in clients' homes.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals.
- Follow care plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or related field is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks required for client care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation preferred.
- Pass background check.
