Executive Kitchen Manager – Lead a Dynamic Casual-Dining Kitchen Operation

What You'll Do
- Direct all kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and quality control standards
- Mentor and develop kitchen staff; drive training and performance accountability
- Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen areas
- Coordinate with front-of-house team to deliver consistent, exceptional dining experiences
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in commercial kitchen management, preferably high-volume casual dining
- Proven track record of building strong kitchen teams and fostering collaboration
- Deep knowledge of food safety, health codes, and operational best practices
- Strong financial acumen; ability to manage labor and food costs effectively
- Leadership presence and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
