Executive Kitchen Manager – Lead a Dynamic Casual-Dining Kitchen Operation

What You'll Do

Direct all kitchen operations, staff scheduling, and quality control standards
Mentor and develop kitchen staff; drive training and performance accountability
Manage food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships to maximize profitability
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations across all kitchen areas
Coordinate with front-of-house team to deliver consistent, exceptional dining experiences

What We're Looking For

5+ years in commercial kitchen management, preferably high-volume casual dining
Proven track record of building strong kitchen teams and fostering collaboration
Deep knowledge of food safety, health codes, and operational best practices
Strong financial acumen; ability to manage labor and food costs effectively
Leadership presence and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
