Support Engineer

Support Engineer II
Client: Amazon
Duration: 3-month contract (High possibility of extension or conversion to full-time)
Location: New York City, NY (100% on-site)
Pay Range: $28 to $31 per hour
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years of experience in corporate IT support, helpdesk, or desk-side support
2+ years supporting Windows, Mac and/or Linux operating systems
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Experience diagnosing and resolving end-user computing issues
Nice-to-Have Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
Microsoft MCSE/MCITP or Active Directory experience
Experience troubleshooting complex systems
