Our philosophy centers on personalized attention, innovative treatments, and creating an elevated experience where every patient feels comfortable, confident, and genuinely cared for.What You'll Do:Deliver a five-star patient experience by warmly welcoming patients, answering calls, managing inquiries, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, polished, and professional.Build patient relationships and promote VIP memberships by educating patients on membership benefits, treatment packages, promotions, and loyalty programs while supporting enrollments and ongoing engagement.Coordinate appointments and patient flow by managing schedules, check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations.Maintain an organized and efficient environment by accurately managing patient information, invoices, reward points, inventory support, and administrative tasks across multiple computer systems.Collaborate with the team by anticipating patient needs, communicating important updates, supporting daily operations, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace.What We're Looking For:Previous experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, another client-facing environment. Experience with membership programs or loyalty-based sales is a plus.A bubbly, outgoing, and polished personality with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make patients feel special.Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.A proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative, solves problems, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.Flexible availability and reliable transportation year-round, including during winter weather, to work between our Salt Lake City and Park City locations.This is a dedicated, non-clinical position focused on patient relationships, front desk operations, and exceptional service.At Saltz Plastic Surgery & Saltz Spa Vitória, the front desk is more than a place to check in.
