Senior Level Property ManagerOur client is a national Property Management corporation managing many different apartment complexes. They have an immediate need at a beautiful 550 person apartment complex in West Bloomfield for a Senior level or district level Property Manager. Must have managed at least 300 apartment complex with a minimum of 6 direct reports, and ideally have experience with rehabbing older units. Compensation comes with full benefits and 401k match.Location: West Bloomfield, MIExperienced District Level Property ManagerExperience with large scale properties 300+ unitsThis property is a large townhome community, experience with rehab properties highly preferredSalary - with quarterly bonus opportunities of 0-10% of their quarterly earnings; depending on property performance30% onsite housing discount offered, plus quarterly renewal bonus opportunitiesExperience overseeing a large team of 6+ people requiredCAM preferred but not requiredAt least 2+ years in a District Manager, Regional, or extensive time as a Sr. Property Manager
