Job Title: Machine Operator/Packer

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Pay rate: $17.00/hr.



Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the Pouch Operator with machine setup and operation
• Help set up and run machines to meet quality and production standards
• Monitor pouch quality throughout the production process
• Follow all work orders, standard operating procedures, and material handling guidelines
• Maintain production, quality control, and waste reports
• Report any defects, maintenance concerns, or safety issues to the operator
• Stage materials such as boxes, pallets, and labels for production runs
• Package finished products at assigned workstations
• Prepare cartons and apply labels based on work orders
• Change material rolls and remove waste or trim
• Clean and maintain equipment for the next production run
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines

Requirements:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
