Job Summary The Director, Quality Outcomes & Analytics provides strategic leadership for clinical quality measurement, outcomes reporting, and analytics to drive performance improvement and regulatory compliance. This role partners with executive leaders, clinicians, IT, and quality teams to translate complex data into actionable insights that improve patient care, operational effectiveness, and organizational outcomes. The Director oversees analytics infrastructure, dashboards, and reporting systems while ensuring data integrity, regulatory readiness, and timely response to agency requirements. Through effective communication, financial stewardship, and team leadership, the role advances a culture of data, driven decision making, innovation, and continuous quality improvement. Degrees Minimum Qualifications Doctorate Degree In Clinical Informatics Related Field Preferred Master's Degree Biomedical Informatics, Data Science or Health Care Related Field Preferred Licenses & Certifications Board Certification in Clinical Informatics within 2 years of employment Cert Prof in Hlth Care Quality within 2 years of employment Work Experience Registered Nurse RN License Preferred Seven (7) Years Work Experience In healthcare field including frontline clinical experience; with progressive responsibility in Quality Improvement, Performance Improvement, Risk Management, Patient Safety, Outcomes Measurement, and Healthcare Quality Initiatives. Experience must include at least five (5) years in Quality/Risk/Performance Improvement functions, three (3) years in analytical functions, database management, and application design, three (3) years working with Core Measures and digital Clinical Quality Measures (dCQM), and one (1) year using the Vizient Clinical Database (CDB). Health Information Systems (Electronic Health Record, Data Abstraction Software); Must have work experience navigating EHRs and Analytics software (Tableau, Power BI) - high Research Knowledge and Abilities Deep knowledge of healthcare quality frameworks, regulatory requirements, and accreditation standards. Statistical Knowledge and Abilities Basic understanding of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, statistical methods and applications. Must complete statistical analysis independently.
