Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth psychosocial assessments to evaluate the mental health concerns of clients, recognizing their individual strengths and challenges.

• Provide tailored therapy, including individual, family, and group sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and family systems therapy.

• Develop individualized treatment plans outlining actionable goals, therapeutic interventions, and strategies for monitoring client progress.
\n
• Engage with a multidisciplinary team to create holistic care plans that address the comprehensive needs of clients.
\n
• Offer crisis intervention services, conducting risk assessments and designing safety plans to support clients in urgent need.

• Act as an advocate for clients’ rights and needs, connecting them with necessary community resources and providing case management support throughout their journey.

• Participate in community outreach and public engagement initiatives aimed at promoting mental health awareness and reducing stigma.

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, including individuals and families from various cultural backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a requirement.

Compensation and Benefits\n
