Education Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read simple instructions and follow directions.
• Basic computer and scanner skills are helpful.
• Must be able to complete required safety training.

Experience Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, stocking, or shipping experience preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners or warehouse equipment is a plus.
• Strong attendance and dependability are required.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends and holidays when needed.
• Ability to meet productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Physical Capabilities:

• Lift, carry, push, and pull products up to 50 pounds regularly and up to 70 pounds at times.
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and crouch throughout the shift.
• Use hand-held scanners and computers to enter information.
• Work in a warehouse environment with changing temperatures throughout the year.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment as trained.

Job Duties:

• Pick, pack, stock, and move customer orders in a warehouse setting.
• Load and unload freight to support shipping and receiving operations.
• Process customer orders accurately and on time.
• Perform inventory counts and assist with scheduled physical inventories.
• Follow instructions from warehouse leads, supervisors, and managers.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all workplace safety rules and procedures.
• Support inbound and outbound warehouse operations and complete other assigned duties.
