Job Description:

UACL Logistics is actively seeking experienced Class A CDL Owner Operators for flatbed work! This role offers the opportunity to operate modern equipment, manage your own schedule, and enjoy the support of a robust network. If you thrive on route driving, load & unload operations, and handling freight with precision, this is your chance to elevate your trucking career.

- Safely operate flatbed trucks equipped with manual transmissions across designated routes

- Load and unload freight efficiently, ensuring cargo safety and security

- Securely tie down loads using appropriate equipment and techniques for flatbed cargo

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain vehicle safety standards

- Navigate routes effectively, adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations

- Communicate proactively with dispatchers regarding delivery schedules and load status

- Manage documentation related to freight, delivery receipts, and compliance records

Requirements:

- Valid Class A Commercial Drivers License (CDL) with a clean driving record

- Minimum of 6 months of recent DOT-regulated driving experience within the last year

- Coil certification & rack

- TWIC Card

- Physical capability to load & unload freight using forklifts or other equipment as needed
