Job Overview A law firm seeks a Tax Associate in Falls Church, VA. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in tax practice, with experience or coursework in pass-through entities and corporate tax. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic legal environment. Duties Provide legal support in tax-related matters. Assist with federal tax controversy cases. Collaborate with team members on complex tax issues. Draft and review legal documents related to tax law. Requirements Experience in pass-through entity and corporate tax. Strong academic record and law firm experience. Excellent writing and communication skills. CPA background is highly desirable. LL.M in tax is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree required. Certifications CPA certification preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in legal research and writing.
