Intake Specialist - Personal Injury Law Firm

Job Description Job Description About Us Busy and fast-paced personal injury law firm seeking a professional, compassionate, and highly organized Intake Specialist to join our team. The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for potential clients and plays a critical role in creating a positive client experience. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls from potential new clients Conduct client intake interviews and gather case information Enter and maintain accurate information in the firm’s case management system Follow up with leads and potential clients in a timely manner Schedule consultations and appointments Request and collect documents related to claims Communicate with attorneys, case managers, and staff regarding new matters Maintain professionalism and empathy with all callers and clients Assist with administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Prior intake, customer service, call center, or legal experience preferred Personal injury experience is a plus Strong communication and phone skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Detail-oriented and organized Professional demeanor and positive attitude Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a must Experience using Aderant Total Office (ATO) is preferred What We Offer Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for growth within the firm Supportive team environment
