Key Responsibilities & Duties: Oversee enterprise AI program management and strategy Collaborate with business and technology leadership to evaluate AI use cases Update policy and procedure documentation for AI governance Coordinate with business units and risk management for project approvals Provide performance metrics and updates to stakeholders Maintain communication and alignment with organizational goals Stay current with AI advancements and regulatory oversight Educate stakeholders on emerging technologies Required Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Accounting, Finance, or Computer Science 5 - 8 years of experience in AI or technology-driven roles Proficiency in programming languages like Python and SQL Experience with project management tools like JIRA and analytical tools like PowerBI Strong data analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering skills Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities Nice to Have Skills & Experience: Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance standards Experience as a functional lead in AI or technology initiatives This opportunity includes a comprehensive and competitive benefits package—details will be shared during later stages of the hiring process.
