Must-Have Skills:

• Analyze business processes and requirements, and create clear process, workflow, and supporting documentation.
• Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, and test cases while supporting functional testing and UAT activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders through effective communication and facilitation to identify solutions and improve processes.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in process improvement initiatives.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable documentation.
