Site Reliability Engineering Manager

Leading a team in a remote capacity, the full-time salaried Site Reliability Engineering Manager will own the reliability roadmap, drive performance against service level objectives, and enhance IT operations through automation and AI-enabled solutions. Key responsibilities: Own and deliver a multi-year reliability, observability, and automation roadmap, translating enterprise priorities into measurable engineering initiatives Establish and monitor reliability performance measures, including mean time to resolve (MTTR) and automated incident remediation Lead the development of automation capabilities and champion SRE practices across operations and development teams Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field required; equivalent experience may be accepted Six years of relevant IT experience, including experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and ServiceNow Three years of IT lead or management experience required Experience designing and providing operational support for distributed systems in a microservice infrastructure Proficiency in Docker and Linux containers required
