Role Description K12 Computers is seeking a Value Chain Associate to support the procurement and sales teams in managing the lifecycle of IT assets. This role plays a key part in organizing product listings, preparing pricing analyses, coordinating RFP responses, and supporting the administrative functions behind device buyback and resale programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and interested in learning the business operations behind technology asset recovery and resale markets. This is an on-site, full-time role located in the Piedmont Triad area. Key Responsibilities Sales Support Organize and maintain sales inventory lists Assist with product listings and pricing preparation Support outbound sales campaigns and lead tracking Coordinate with sales staff on available inventory Procurement Support Assist in reviewing incoming device purchase opportunities Help prepare payout pricing models Track vendor communications and deal status Maintain procurement records RFP & Proposal Support Assist with RFP responses and proposal preparation Organize documentation and compliance materials Track submission deadlines Operational Coordination Maintain product databases and pricing sheets Coordinate between warehouse, procurement, and sales teams Ensure information accuracy across internal systems Administrative Functions Update CRM or ERP systems Organize deal documentation Assist leadership with reporting and process improvements Preferred Qualifications Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Proficiency with data analysis and reporting tools Willingness to work on-site and interact with suppliers, clients, and internal teams Self-motivated and able to work independently Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience #J-18808-Ljbffr K12 Computers
