This position will require someone with a can-do mentality and with the ability to execute on our sales strategy. This person should also not be shy of being hands-on and willing to roll-up their sleeves when it comes to getting projects implemented and new digital programs started./ppThe position is responsible for building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers to identify sales opportunities within existing and new targeted accounts./ppWhere needed the DSR will next closing deals also be supporting our customer onboarding, workflow analyses and optimizations, customer training and application support/ppThe DSR will hold customer meetings, support sales and marketing efforts with customer presentations, product demos remotely, onsite and at tradeshows. The job will consist of embracing our Digital Solutions and driving further expansion of our digital offering./ppAs the spearhead on the commercial activities at INTUITIVE the Digital Products Sales Representative also provides input and support in Marketing and Business Development as well as internal and external training in partnership with the regional marketing team and regional commercial teams./ph2Qualifications/h2pstrongRoles and Responsibilities:/strong/pulliBe a subject matter expert and trusted advisor of our digital solutions for customers and internally (to Intuitive) acting as the go-to-person in the assigned territory/liliResponsible for reaching the annual sales goals and utilization growth targets for the assigned territory./liliEnsure implementation of the sales process from lead generation to closing the deal and post sales account management in the assigned territory/liliFollows-up and assures success in closed deals (project implementation onboarding)/liliExecutes the Digital sales processes/liliResponsibly manage administrative tasks: regular reporting and forecasting of on sales activities and sales pipeline, outcomes of sales activities, submission of expense reports reporting/liliDrives / Works on continuous and fast-paced customer and account relations expansion through collaboration with sales leadership and marketing, conduct strategic market development activities on digital solutions. Regular activities would consist of leading and driving formal presentations, informal events, and get-togethers/liliManage and increase the day-to-day customer and account relations./li/ulpstrongRequired Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:/strong/pulliBachelors degree or equivalent experience required. Engineering or medical background preferred./lili3+ years of sales experience in medical devices/lili2+ years experience in procedural / Or healthcare software preferred/liliSuccess in introducing new technologies to the market/liliExcellent selling skills and ability to quickly build credibility with a highly educated customer base/liliResult-driven with a strong sense of accountability/liliKnowledge of the Operating Room environment with deep understanding of clinical workflows in the OR (MIS Surgery, Endoscopy) and of the hospital IT and EMR / PACS markets/liliAbility to make communicate complex IT environments to different audiences./liliExperienced working with KOLs in MIS Surgery, Robotic Surgery and Endoscopy in the assigned region preferred/liliDemonstrated ability to manage complexity and work in a fast-paced matrix environment/liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills across a broad organization with a variety of focuses/liliStrong communication skills, both written and verbal/liliFluency French and English mandatory/liliTravel required up to 70% (domestic, regional, and international)/li/ul/div
