Remote Tech Support Manager - Analytics & AI-Driven Automation

Novakid School

Novakid School is seeking a Technical Support Manager to lead a remote Level 2 support team for a children’s English language program. You will handle requests, diagnose issues, and escalate where needed to ensure rapid resolutions and minimal downtime.

You’ll build and maintain a knowledge base, report on trends, and identify automation opportunities to reduce repetitive support tasks, helping scale our global user base.
