Senior Associate, Financial Reporting

Full-time

Kforce has a publicly traded asset management client that is seeking to hire a Senior Associate, Financial Reporting to join their team in Beverly, MA. This client offers stellar benefits and a compensation package, health plan (individual and family), disability, generous bonus and profit-sharing program, 401k, PTO, etc. You will work on a Hybrid model, remote Monday/Friday and in office Tuesday - Thursday. Prepare SEC filings (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K)
Partner with finance, legal, and external auditors
Support international statutory and regulatory reporting
Maintain financial reporting records across entities
Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects
Help enhance reporting processes and tools

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2-4+ years of experience, including public accounting (audit preferred; Big 4 a plus)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
CPA preferred (or in progress)
Experience with SEC reporting strongly preferred
Exposure to Workiva or large ERP systems a plus
