We're Hiring! Experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist (Hybrid)

Clear RCM is growing, and we're looking for an Experienced Revenue Cycle Specialist to join our team! Location: Hybrid (Tuesday & Thursday in office; Monday, Wednesday & Friday work from home) Salary: $48,000–$52,000 annually + comprehensive benefits What You'll Do As a Revenue Cycle Specialist, you'll play a key role in managing the full revenue cycle for multiple healthcare providers. Your responsibilities will include: Reviewing EOBs and ERAs to identify payment and denial issues Scrubbing and submitting claims according to payer guidelines Reviewing diagnosis and procedure code linking for accuracy Following up on outstanding claims Assisting with month-end close processes Identifying billing trends and opportunities for improvement Managing multiple client accounts while meeting productivity goals Collaborating with our team to deliver exceptional service to our clients We're Looking For Someone Who Is Detail-oriented and highly accurate Self-motivated and accountable Organized with excellent time management skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment A proactive problem solver Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Qualifications Minimum 3 years of medical billing experience Strong understanding of the full revenue cycle Experience with CPT, ICD-10, medical billing, and coding Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare billing processes Excellent communication and organizational skills Hybrid Work Requirements This position offers a hybrid schedule, with employees working in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays and remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays .
