A law firm in Palm Beach Gardens is seeking an experienced Corporate Attorney with 5-7 years of experience to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with a strong corporate background who also brings meaningful tax knowledge and sophisticated drafting experience.
What You'll Do
- Advise businesses and their owners on a broad range of corporate and transactional matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate sophisticated corporate agreements and transactional documents
- Assist with business formations, restructurings, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and related transactions
- Provide guidance on the tax implications of corporate and business transactions
- Work closely with clients to develop practical, tax-efficient solutions to complex business matters
- 5-7 years of corporate/transactional legal experience
- Extensive experience with legal drafting and contract negotiation
- Strong tax background highly preferred, looking for one of these:
- LL.M. in Taxation
- Prior experience practicing as a tax attorney
- Experience with a major CPA/accounting firm
- Strong analytical, writing, and client communication skills
- Active Florida Bar admission preferred
- Sophisticated corporate and transactional practice
