Associate General Counsel (Litigation)

Our client is seeking an Associate General Counsel to manage their litigation portfolio. This role is designed for a high-performing attorney looking to transition from a traditional law firm model into a strategic, business-integrated environment. You will take full ownership of litigation strategy, working directly with executive leadership to influence business outcomes and manage diverse real estate and commercial disputes.

Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance

~Manage litigation matters independently from inception through resolution (excluding trial)

Draft pleadings, motions, and key legal documents

Drive negotiations and help shape favorable outcomes

Serve as the point person coordinating with outside counsel on larger or trial-bound matters

Partner directly with internal stakeholders to provide practical, business-focused legal guidance

3-5 years of commercial/business litigation experience

Strong hands-on litigation experience with the ability to manage a caseload autonomously
Real estate litigation experience is a strong plus
