You will guide executive-level conversations, develop creative solutions, and oversee the account team to ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction. You will manage renewals, RFPs, and plan-design evaluations, while staying abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices to deliver measurable results for clients and #J-18808-Ljbffr
