Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst SeaWorld is a leading animal conservation and entertainment organization that has rescued over 39,000 animals. As a key member of our team, you will play a major role in delivering exceptional guest service and supporting our financial operations. Responsibilities Analyze park pricing initiatives and provide analytical support. Perform attendance analysis by location and product. Review and analyze per‑cap variance for admissions and in‑park spending across the company. Provide marketing analytical support for new campaigns and initiatives. Assist in the preparation of business unit strategy meetings. Conduct financial analysis on macro‑economic and industry trends. Participate in the preparation of the annual operating budget and provide expense variance analysis for corporate departments. Lead and support special projects and other duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related business discipline. At least two years of relevant business experience in financial planning, accounting, or business analysis. Excellent relationship‑building skills with key stakeholders across the organization. Strong communication skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines in a team environment. Strong analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office products.
