CDL-A Line Haul Driver – Local/Regional

Job Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Compensation: 25% of weekly billed revenue
Average Weekly Earnings: Approximately $3,000
Typical Weekly Earnings: $3000–$4,000, based on billed revenue and load volume
Routes: Local and regional, typically 30–200 miles

Experienced Class A CDL Drivers Wanted

We are hiring experienced CDL-A Line Haul Drivers for local and regional full-load hauling of concrete and similar concrete products.

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for experienced Class A CDL drivers with at least 2 years of professional CDL-A driving experience and a clean DOT driving record.

Routes typically range from 30–200 miles. There are no cross-country routes. Loads are available around the clock, and dispatch coordinates start times based on driver availability.

Compensation

• 25% of weekly billed revenue
• Average weekly earnings of approximately $3,300
• Typical weekly earnings range of approximately $3000–$4,000
• Actual earnings vary based on billed revenue and available load volume
• Weekly settlement, if applicable

Equipment & Support Provided

Drivers are provided with:

• Semi truck and trailer
• Fuel/gas card
• Truck maintenance
• Insurance on company-provided truck/equipment
• Dispatch support
• Scheduling support

Loads are available 24/7, with dispatch coordinating start times based on driver availability.

Hauling & Route Details

• Local and regional line haul work
• Full truckload / full-load hauling
• Concrete and similar concrete products
• Typical routes of 30–200 miles
• No cross-country hauling
• No lumper services required
• No specified shift
• Loads available around the clock

Required Qualifications

To be considered, drivers must meet all of the following requirements:

• Class A CDL (CDL-A) license
• Minimum of 2 years of CDL-A driving experience
• Must meet company insurance eligibility requirements, including being age 25 or older
• Clean DOT driving record required
• Must be able to meet applicable DOT requirements
• Must be able to pass any required drug screening and DOT physical, as applicable
• Professional, safety-first approach to commercial driving
• Ability to communicate clearly with dispatch and scheduling

Driver Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally operate assigned semi truck and trailer
• Transport full loads on local and regional routes
• Follow applicable DOT and safety requirements
• Maintain professional communication with dispatch and scheduling
• Keep the truck clean and presentable for customer locations
• Operate equipment responsibly and maintain a safety-focused approach while on the road and at customer sites

Independent Contractor Opportunity

This is a 1099 independent contractor position compensated through a revenue-share model rather than a fixed hourly wage or salary.

Drivers receive 25% of weekly billed revenue. Average weekly earnings are approximately $3,000, with typical weekly earnings ranging from approximately $2,500–$4,000 depending on billed revenue and load volume.
