Associate Compensation Director

Responsibilities Support enterprise-wide compensation programs and corporate client groups Provide consultative compensation support to various departments Manage high-visibility compensation projects Lead complex compensation analyses and drive modernization initiatives Conduct workforce analytics and financial modeling Design and implement global compensation programs Support annual compensation planning processes Establish global standards and best practices for compensation programs Requirements Bachelor's Degree 10 or more years of experience as compensation professional Proven experience operating with Senior/Executive management teams Excellent analytical skills and attention to details Excellent problem solving, judgment and decision-making skills in highly complex situations Excellent presentation skills Strong ability to work in a matrix environment Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in managing and modernizing global compensation programs, conducting workforce analytics, and providing consultative support to senior management. Proven ability to lead complex compensation projects and establish best practices in a matrix environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hunt
