Rheumatology Territory Business Manager, Baltimore, MD

argenx seeks a Territory Business Manager to drive demand generation and sales for rheumatology products in the Baltimore, Wilmington, and Newark markets. The role involves building relationships with healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and infusion centers while executing territory strategies to achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned Baltimore, Wilmington, and Newark geography to engage stakeholders
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans leveraging market insights and customer data
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, specialty pharmacies, and infusion providers
• Achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining compliance and integrity standards
• Submit accurate account plans, customer interactions, and CRM activity on schedule

Requirements

• 5+ years specialty, rare disease, or biologics sales experience
• Significant demonstrated rheumatology sales background strongly preferred
• Proven track record of consistent high sales performance
• Experience developing and executing territory and account strategies
• Strong ability to collaborate across complex healthcare ecosystems
• Deep understanding of market access, specialty pharmacy, and buy-and-bill models
• Bachelor's degree required; residency in assigned territory required

Compensation: $140,000-$192,500 base
