Position Summary The Senior Lease Analyst is responsible for coordinating functions of lease administration, including new lease and amendment abstraction and quality review when needed; critical date execution relating to rent commencement, renewals, extensions, possessions to include lease payment authorizations related thereto; lease database management; company reports; lease review dates; drafting for execution of lease documents and distribution; the implementation of lease requirements; issues management; and dispute resolution. Financial review of lease requirements. Required Qualifications Legal Research and Writing Lease Interpretation Contract Negotiation Real Estate Database MS Excel, Word or similar software Education Associates Degree or equivalent work experience. Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The typical pay range for this position is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
