Job Summary: Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Shrewsbury, MA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
Job Summary: Audubon Property Management, LLC is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician for our property located in Shrewsbury, MA. Areas of responsibility will include, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
- Perform general plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs
- Maintain and repair residential appliances
- Paint interiors and exteriors; patch drywall and perform surface repairs
- Conduct preventative maintenance on building systems
- Maintain pool cleanliness
- Respond to emergency maintenance calls as part of an on-call rotation
- Collaborate with the Maintenance Director and team to complete work orders efficiently
- Maintain a clean and safe environment across the property
- 3-5 years of experience in property, building, or facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical , and appliance repair
- Must have own basic hand tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
- High school diploma or GED
- Must pass a background check
- Availability for on-call/emergency shifts , including some weekends
- Reliable and punctual
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Team player with a strong attention to detail
- Commitment to resident satisfaction and safety
