Build your Career with an Industry Leader. MCC is looking for a Maintenance Technician in our Napa, California facility. The main duties of the Technician are to ensure that all electrical schematics and instrumentation are calibrated and current, troubleshoot during unscheduled equipment downtime, and perform repairs and preventive maintenance service. Perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service in a multi-shift environment. Perform duties including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic troubleshooting and repair of machines. Support an optimized production environment by applying the principles of Lean Manufacturing and 5S. Maintain and perform repairs to the facility. Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications One or more years of demonstrated experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic applications. Ability to read electrical schematics; vocational maintenance training certificate preferred. Basic knowledge of computers and operating systems. Ability to multi-task and identify and execute process improvements. Strong problem‑solving skills to assess product output relative to specifications. Physical ability to climb stairs, bend, sit, stand, walk, reach with arms, push, pull, and use hands and fingers to feel and handle material for extended times. Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds repeatedly and regularly. Ability to stoop, squat, crawl, and kneel as needed. Requires frequent walking.
