What You'll Do:

• Provide expert nursing care to patients undergoing surgical procedures in the OR
• Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans with a focus on safety and quality outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for seamless patient care delivery
• Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols, infection control, and compliance standards
• Assist in monitoring and managing perioperative equipment and supplies
• Educate patients and families about procedures, post-operative care, and safety measures
• Exhibit professional responsibility and contribute to a positive team environment

What You Need:

• Valid RN license in Louisiana
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS (American Heart Association)
• Experience working in a fast-paced surgical or OR setting preferred
• Strong organizational, delegation, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of patient safety standards and healthcare regulations
