Controller Knoxville,TN, US Job Description Overview The Controller will oversee our accounting, tax, cash management, as well as IT. Reporting locally to the general manager, and aligning with global finance, the Controller will have ownership of the financial and accounting operations for this local operation. Day to Day Experience Director Salary $140,000 - $160,000 per year Job Details Responsibilities Oversight of operational accounting, cost accounting, tax, and cash management Drive budgeting & forecasting Lead month end close process inclusive of entries and reconciliations Act as liaison for tax and audit consultants Ensure internal compliance and controls Financial reporting Cash flow management, cash forecasting & reconciliations Inventory accounting Other operational management: Payroll & Benefits administration, IT management Ad hoc reporting as needed Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree CPA 5+ years manufacturing accounting experience 5+ years accounting leadership experience US GAAP knowledge Expert level Excel Preferred Qualifications Masters Degree / MBA Prior manufacturing environment Controller experience Experience working with a global company A bit about us Established global manufacturing and technology organization serving multiple industries through advanced testing, quality control, and process optimization solutions.
