Are you a highly entrepreneurial growth-oriented Sales Director looking to lead business development and account expansion We have a vacancy for Sales Director Regional Consumer Brands (RCB) that handles our fast-growing RCB segment in North America. This role is designed for a proven hunter with a passion for identifying winning and scaling new business opportunities within the fragrance industry.

Your background combines deep fragrance industry expertise along with strong commercial instincts a robust industry network and the ability to uncover whitespace opportunities across personal care home care air care household products beauty and emerging consumer brands. Key responsibilities:

• Identify develop and win new business opportunities with regional and emerging consumer brands across North America
• Build and execute strategic growth plans that expand market share customer acquisition and profitable revenue growth
• Develop trusted relationships with senior customer stakeholders across innovation marketing procurement product development and executive leadership teams
• Partner with customers to understand future needs innovation pipelines and market opportunities while driving portfolio expansion and share growth
• Lead commercial negotiations and long-term partnership discussions that create sustainable business value
• Collaborate closely with perfumers evaluators marketing consumer insights regulatory technical and operations teams to deliver winning customer solutions

The salary or hourly wage scale provided reflects the pay range dsm-firmenich expects to pay the successful candidate for the position. Individual pay offered will be based on the applicants job-related skills experience relevant education or training and primary work location. Salary $180800-$240000.

You bring:

• Minimum 10 years of commercial (sales/marketing/business development) experience within the fragrance industry including a strong record of delivering business growth required
• Experience selling fragrance solutions to consumer-packaged goods beauty personal care home care household and/or air care customers
• Experience managing others a plus
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and manage complex commercial opportunities from prospecting through commercialization
• Strong understanding of fragrance development processes commercialization and customer innovation cycles
• The ability to influence stakeholders build strategic relationships and collaborate effectively across functions
• Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Chemistry Consumer Science or a related field required
