What You'll Do:

• Utilize therapeutic exercises, modalities, and activities to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare teams
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care
• Promote patient education and self-management strategies

What You Need:

• Valid Physical Therapist license in New Hampshire or eligibility to practice
• Experience working in inpatient rehabilitation settings preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
