- Role: Apartment Leasing Consultant
- Location: Gallatin, TN 37066
- Pay: $20/hr
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9a-6p; Saturday 10a-5p
- Additional: Some weekends required
- Opportunities: Contract and Contract-to-Hire
- Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing information
- Provide excellent customer service to current and future residents
- Process applications, prepare leasing documents, and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage office communication
- Assist with marketing efforts and community outreach
- Support daily office operations to ensure a smooth leasing process
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
- Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Comfortable using basic computer and property management software
- Reliable, punctual, and team oriented
