Welder
Industrial Welder (MIG / TIG / Fluxcore) Pay: $23-33/hr Hours: 4:30pm-3am Location: North East Tulsa **Climate Controlled Shop** Integrity Staffing is currently hiring experienced Welders for a respected manufacturing company in Tulsa. This position is located in a clean, climate-controlled production facility where welders fabricate precision components used in industrial equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience welding and fabricating parts from blueprints while maintaining strict quality and production standards.
Job Duties
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding on fabricated components
- Fit and weld parts according to blueprints, schematics, and weld symbols
- Layout parts and assemblies on weld tables prior to welding
- Use precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and perform first article inspections
- Work with various metals and machined parts to complete assemblies
- Maintain production schedules while ensuring high quality standards
Qualifications
- 2+ years of welding experience preferred
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Fluxcore welding processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Ability to meet quality and production standards
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work 2nd shift schedule
- Must own or be willing to purchase a basic set of tools and a locking toolbox
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a team environment
