What You’ll Own Serve as a subject matter expert for payments processes, products, and operational workflows. Identify, investigate, and resolve complex operational, client, and transaction-related issues. Drive process improvements and implement solutions that enhance efficiency, quality, and performance. Coordinate testing, validation, and implementation activities for new products, enhancements, or process changes. Monitor performance metrics and leverage data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and deliver a positive client experience. Perform additional duties and projects as assigned to support team and organizational goals. What You’ll Bring Communicate effectively with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. Demonstrates strong knowledge of payments products, transaction processing, and industry best practices. Analyzes issues, identifies root causes, and implements effective solutions. Manages projects and priorities while meeting business objectives and service expectations. Collaborate with sales, operations, product, technology, and compliance teams to drive results. For this full-time position, the good faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $79,400.00-$116,975.00. This range reflects what we reasonably expect to offer based on the role’s responsibilities, level, and geographic location. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Please note that changes in work location may impact the final offered salary.
