Our growing manufacturing client based in Passaic County, NJ is seeking a detail-oriented Quality Technician Inspector to support product quality, inspection activities, and compliance efforts. Ideal candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and have a passion for quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform product acceptance testing and in-process inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Collect, record, and maintain accurate quality data, test results, and inspection reports
• Update and manage quality documentation, records, and databases
• Identify and communicate non-conforming results to production and leadership teams
• Support document control activities and retention sample management
• Monitor manufacturing processes to verify adherence to established procedures and requirements
• Assist with root cause investigations and corrective actions related to quality issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements and maintain product compliance

Requirements

• Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Inspection, or related manufacturing experience preferred
• Availability to train on 1st shift before moving to 2nd shift
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Flexible to work various shifts as needed
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills are a plus
• Familiarity with quality systems and standards such as ISO 9001 preferred

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
