Body Shop Estimator

We are looking to add an estimator to join our growing body shop team! The right candidate will be positive and friendly, as you are the first person our customers will likely encounter. This person is responsible for writing estimates for all major insurance companies along with following the job from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Writing estimates for all major insurance companies.
• Build relationships with customers by effectively responding to calls, text messages, and walk-in business
• Educate the customer about the collision repair process; including insurance claims, processing, payment procedures, repair techniques, repair needs and approximate repair time.
• Effectively communicate repair status to clients and insurance partners
• Basic cashiering
• Billing and closing repair orders

Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership environment or Collision Center helpful but not mandatory
• Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Professional appearance a must
• Friendly and courteous disposition
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
