Naval Acquisition Analyst

The Opportunity As a Navy Acquisition Analyst at Booz Allen, you will determine appropriate acquisition approaches based on the DoD adaptive acquisition framework and manage the full lifecycle of Navy contracts. Your work will support pre‑ and post‑award activities, improve procurement processes, and ensure compliance with DoD policies. Key responsibilities include researching, analyzing, and coordinating acquisition documents; developing acquisition strategy, program baseline, cost estimates, and acquisition decision memoranda; reviewing and approving acquisition plans and statements of work; facilitating routing and signature processes; integrating purchase requisitions; attending program and acquisition meetings; maintaining SharePoint records; and providing rapid research and responses to data calls. You Have 2+ years of experience supporting DoD acquisitions and contracts Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Experience developing pre‑award acquisition documentation, such as acquisition strategies and plans, or statements of work Experience developing post‑award contract documents, such as purchase requisitions or technical instructions Ability to self‑start and multitask in a fast‑paced environment and prioritize workload with minimal supervision Secret clearance Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have 2+ years of experience supporting Navy, including NAVSEA acquisitions and contracts Experience with using DoD contract‑writing systems such as SPS Possession of excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills Clearance Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. A Secret clearance is required. Compensation Salary range: $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). Work Model Work can be remote, hybrid, or onsite. Remote employees may occasionally need to work in person at a Booz Allen or customer facility.
