Accountant and Advisory Associate

As an Associate Accountant, you will be responsible for: Daily accounting missions Entering AP and AR invoices. AP / AR reconciliation. Maintaining accounting software integrations. Posting vendors payments. Bank reconciliation. Credit card reconciliation. Assisting with month-end closing preparation. Maintaining client’s database. Maintaining vendor’s files up to date. Posting entries to accounting software utilizing import from other software. Analyze differences and being able to provide recommendations. Posting and reconciling entries from reimbursement tools. Report analyses If you have: Completion of at least a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance At least 2 years of experience in an international accounting firm Expertise in Excel, demonstrating proficiency in advanced functions and data analysis Ability to respect deadlines and proactively communicate in advance if unable to meet them. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining a strong sense of teamwork. A commitment to maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify and solve problems effectively Proficiency in French Health Insurance paid 100% with HSA and FSA available. 401(k) plan with a 100% match up to 6% after 3 months.
