Quality Supervisor

Manufacturer of refrigeration equipment in Buford is looking for a Quality Supervisor to lead quality efforts on the production floor. This is an excellent opportunity with a great international company!

$64,000 to $75,000 per year

Full benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, 401k, life insurance, and long-term disability.

1st Shift Mon-Fri

What You'll Do

• Write and maintain SOPs, quality alerts, and training documentation
• Assist with training for brazing personnel and support continuous improvement training company-wide
• Build and maintain PPAPs for new units in collaboration with engineering
• Inspect BOMs, control checklists, and 2D/3D drawings as part of quality control
• Develop and support internal and external audits
• Conduct process and product audits and maintain the skills matrix, including setting criteria for employee status updates
• Serve as point of contact for recurring third-party audits
• Act as primary contact for customer complaints, developing 8Ds and implementing corrective actions
• Work with engineering to resolve non-conformances and identify improvement opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3 to 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment, refrigeration manufacturing strongly preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and working knowledge of SAP
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at once
