Works closely with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and establish schedules that meet operational needs. Does this position require Patient Care? Essential Functions: Develop and maintain the staffing schedule for a team or department, ensuring adequate coverage and optimal utilization of resources. -Coordinate with team leads, managers, and stakeholders to gather staffing requirements and understand operational needs. -Analyze workload, staffing availability, and skill requirements to create a balanced and efficient schedule that meets business objectives. -Monitor and track staff availability, time-off requests, and overtime hours to ensure compliance with labor regulations and organizational policies. -Coordinate with training departments to schedule and allocate resources for staff training and development programs. -Maintain accurate records of staffing schedules, time-off requests, and other related information, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.**Qualifications**Education Associate's Degree Business Administration required or Associate's Degree Related Field of Study required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study preferred Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree?
