What You'll Bring:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Eligibility for state licensure in Texas
• Recent experience in a school environment, working with elementary-aged students
• Prior experience supervising or mentoring SLPAs is highly valued
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage an itinerant schedule between campuses

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in elementary students
• Supervise SLPAs, ensuring adherence to therapy plans and compliance with best practices
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports for a diverse caseload
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support students’ educational success
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals
• Adapt therapy techniques to fit the varied needs found within an elementary caseload
