Job Title: Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – Private Duty. Company: Senior Care Solutions. Location: Boca Raton, FL 33487 (Palm Beach County). Overview Senior Care Solutions is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides and Certified Nursing Assistants to provide one-on-one, private duty care to clients in their homes. This role is ideal for caregivers who are passionate about helping others maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation. Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation. Monitor and report changes in client condition to the care team. Remind clients to take medications as directed. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Document care provided per company guidelines. Qualifications Active HHA or CNA certification. Current CPR/BLS certification preferred. 1+ year of caregiving experience preferred. Experience with private duty, long-term care, or home care is a plus.
