TSC International Complex Order Processor

The TSC International Complex Order Processor is responsible for being a liaison when it comes to collaborating with Material Operations and Outbound to efficiently create, maintain, and ship out completed repair and parts procurement orders to all International Locations and Trade Partners. The Specialist will provide support to domestic locations to process parts to service centers, stores and other TCO affiliate locations. They are also responsible for partnering with internal / external locations internationally to create and process repair orders and estimates, answer questions, and assist in urgent needs. The Specialist should strive for excellence and accuracy in the execution of their day-to-day activities as well as reporting and communication to ensure shipments are facilitated through Customs. This role also requires detailed documentation and follow up as an integral function of the position to ensure TCO and customer expectations are being met. This role will also support other tasks in the department as needed to ensure overall client service levels are met.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and process packages on incoming log within established time frames and production standards
• Process, expedite and communicate on international repairs performed externally according to established guidelines
• Accurately enter invoices for outgoing repairs
• Manage individual work with close attention to detail to ensure orders and invoices are created and processed with high quality and within expected turn times
• Manage parts orders to global locations to ensure they are processed according to established schedule and within expected turn times
• Review requests to accurately determine part needs and communicate with global locations as necessary
• Accurately enter invoices for outgoing parts invoices
• Accurately transact parts within JDE both systematically and physically
• Act as a liaison between the Service Center, all international locations, and all internal customers, responding professionally to all communications in a timely manner
• Proactively work with management with any repair service issues and/or customer escalations
• Communicate workflow effectively through updating memos and following up on orders, including those awaiting other departments responsibilities
• Provide cross-functional support to colleagues in Material Operations and Inventory Control
• Assist management with projects, flex assignments and/or ongoing tasks to meet the needs of the business as needed
• Act as an internal customer advocate by working with all departments at the TSC and obtaining information necessary for resolution of customer issues
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate accordingly with responsible parties

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree
• Minimum 2 years' of jewelry experience
• Minimum 3 years' business experience with strong operational background
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Strong English language verbal and written communication skills
• Strong initiative and the ability to work without constant direction
• Excellent organizational abilities to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
• High ability to collaborate, build strong business relations and influence without direct authority
• Ability to shift tasks to meet daily business needs
• Demonstrated ability to identify and provide resolution for areas of improvement
• Flexible work schedule and ability to work overtime as needed, including possible weekends
• Customer service orientation
• Detail oriented ability to communicate effectively with different levels of management
• Experience working in an operations, technical, or luxury retail environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge in AS400, JDEdwards, or Compass
• Tiffany & Co. product knowledge
• Experience with international shipments
• Inventory management
• Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
• Ability to work with cross functional teams

The hiring range for this position ranges from $25 - $34/hr. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.
