Sales Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Operations Specialist. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the sales team and optimizing our sales processes. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales operations, utilizing your expertise with NetSuite and HubSpot. Key Responsibilities Utilize your in-depth knowledge and experience with various CRM systems ("HubSpot", "NetSuite") to manage and maintain our sales data, including customer records, sales orders, invoices, and other relevant information. Input, update, and organize data to ensure its integrity and reliability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations, to identify areas for process improvement within the sales cycle. Analyze existing sales workflows and propose enhancements to increase efficiency and productivity. Implement and monitor these changes to drive measurable results. Interact with our Distributors and Strategic Partners to synchronize pipeline data and ensure coordinated sales efforts. Generate regular reports and perform data analysis to track key sales metrics such as revenue, conversion rates, win/loss analysis, and customer trends. Present findings to the sales leadership team and provide actionable insights to drive informed decision-making. Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to sales team members on using our CRM effectively. Address any system-related queries or issues promptly and offer solutions to ensure smooth operations. Help develop and maintain sales collateral, playbooks, and training materials. Assist in the implementation of sales tools and technologies to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of the sales team. #J-18808-Ljbffr NoTraffic
