About Team: The Step Up & Verification (SUV) team is responsible for providing the challenge methods / tools used to verify applicants during account opening and authenticate customers during high-risk transactions. These tools are used across our in-person locations, call centers, and digital properties. The SUV product team defines the vision and strategy for this tool portfolio, delivering fraud-mitigating capabilities while enhancing the customer experience and enabling secure, seamless customer access to our partners' business features.

This Manager of Product role within the Step Up & Verification team is responsible for defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Authenticator and Vendor Speed to Market.

In this role, you will drive key speed-to-market initiatives spanning the product development, vendor onboarding, and identity platform use case life cycles. This includes developing a wide array of solutions, including self-service interfaces to author tool policies, AI toolkits to automate tasks, vendor process blueprints, automated test suites, standardized data sets, and much more.

keep pace with the rapidly evolving fraud environment.

Basic Qualifications: * Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing OR* Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience Preferred Qualifications: * Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
